It all started when…

SKE Construction, LLC was established in July 2006 by Shelly A. Eberhart. Prior to Shelly establishing the company, she began researching the use of pipe bursting on sewer mains and how the same technology could be used on water mains. Shelly began developing a process to utilize similar techniques associated with trenchless pipe bursting on old and deteriorating water mains. Four years later, Shelly established a system using pre-chlorination on water mains safely and efficiently for municipalities using a pre-chlorinated process.

SKE Construction, LLC has successfully installed over 900,000 linear feet of water line replacement utilizing our pre-chlorinated pipebursting method.
